How Walther Transformation Group works

WTG works with leadership teams by establishing KLAR™ through live leadership work, not abstract explanation.

We begin by applying the operating model directly to real situations the organization is facing — making how decisions, tradeoffs, and constraints actually function visible and discussable through a shared language.

Rather than prescribing solutions or defining target states, we work alongside leadership teams as they use the language in practice. We observe how it is applied, support first use, and help refine understanding through real conversations, real pressure, and real consequences.

AI is used deliberately and selectively to support leadership work — not to replace it.
