Registration for KLAR™ Executive Workshops is confirmed upon receipt of payment.

Workshop participation is reserved only after payment has been successfully processed.

Workshop registrations are non-transferable without prior written approval from Walther Transformation Group LLC.

Walther Transformation Group LLC reserves the right to reschedule or cancel any workshop if the minimum enrollment requirement of six (6) registered participants is not met, due to instructor illness, or because of circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

If a workshop is cancelled by Walther Transformation Group LLC, participants may choose either:

• a full refund, or 
• transfer of their registration to the next available workshop. 

Participants who cancel at least fourteen (14) calendar days before the scheduled workshop date will receive a full refund.

Cancellations received within fourteen (14) days of the workshop are non-refundable. However, Walther Transformation Group LLC may, at its sole discretion, permit a transfer to a future workshop.

Walther Transformation Group LLC reserves the right to make reasonable changes to workshop schedules, content, presenters, or delivery format when necessary without materially reducing the educational value of the program.

Workshop materials are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws and may not be reproduced, distributed, recorded, or shared without prior written permission from Walther Transformation Group LLC.

Participants are responsible for providing a reliable internet connection and a compatible device for virtual workshops. 

Walther Transformation Group LLC reserves the right to refuse or cancel any registration at its sole discretion. If a registration is cancelled by Walther Transformation Group LLC under this provision, any fees paid will be fully refunded. 

We may update or modify these Terms and the website at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the website following any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any disputes relating to these Terms or your use of the website must be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Dallas County, Texas.
